We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our quickly growing sales team! We’re interested in people who want to grow with us. We offer a great service that delivers great results for our clients.

While the ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who has a history of sales success in the online space, we will train the right people. This role involves daily prospecting and is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality.

For those seeking to acquire experience in this space, your prospecting goal will include offering specific entry-level products and tools to small business owners.

For our seasoned experts, you’ll be able to ask the right questions to analyze the needs of our newly acquired clients and develop a solution to fulfill those needs.

In all cases, good communication and follow-up skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish a consistent sales pipeline via lead generation
  • Prospecting, follow-up, and daily cold calling.
  • Identify prospects’ needs and cultivate effective sales strategies.
  • Post-launch follow-up to ensure value is delivered to the client and potential for upselling is realized
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and key performance metrics on a consistent basis
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes through feedback/coaching

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years experience as a Digital Marketing or Agency Account Executive
  • Outgoing and ambitious personality
  • Strong Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Screen Sharing (ie: Zoom, JoinMe, Slack), as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • SEO Sales, Digital Advertising, Social Media/Digital Marketing experience is a huge plus but not required.

Compensation:

  • You will earn a generous commission for each sale and residual bonuses for meeting goals.
  • Paid Weekly
  • Earning potential is high ($50k-$125K+) for an individual who can build and retain a client base.
  • No commission cap.
